Visa or not Visa?

You are exempt from visa if you already have a resident card.
In 2019, the Minister of Foreign Affairs signed a visa exemption protocol for Bissau-Guinean nationals from the diaspora, but it is impossible to trace it to give you the details. As soon as I have it I will let you know.
The only countries exempt from Visa to enter Guinea-Bissau are ECOWAS members (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea Conakry, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo).
The others will have to pay the precious document in 2 possible ways:
By request to embassies
On arrival at Bissau airport: with two photos and the amount of the visa 55,000 CFA, 85 euros or 90 dollars.
