By plane, by boat, in a full container or by groupage, here are the service providers I know of that allow you to send your goods (France only). You will also find my customer review where applicable.
They do not "automatically" serve Bissau but it is stated that they will quote for each destination outside of Brazil, Venezuela and Angola. No opinion because never tested.
I used their services to send tanks (mine and my mother's) twice.
As much as the first time in 2018 went smoothly, the second (February/March 2021) was not up to par! Lack of professionalism, rigor and transparency and even a certain contempt!
1) The price of the shipping was different from what announced by telephone (to our disadvantage)
2) The price of items was different (in our favour)
3) No invoice or removal order...
This year, we sent both of our belongings but in separate tanks (same address but different names).
When my mother simply criticized the actions of the company for her business (correction rate deemed excessive after an error on our part), they decided to simply cancel the delivery of my mother's packages (!!!) but were also ready to return packages IN MY NAME at the same time. This is neither commercial nor professional behavior.
I would also like to point out that they allow themselves to speak Wolof in front of you and even more so in front of a "toubab". When this happens when everything is going well (like in 2018), we tend to let it go, but when the situation becomes tense (2021), not understanding what is being said is really unacceptable since we have the feeling of make have. Bad luck, this time they came across a toubab who understands Wolof...
This is clearly the behavior of people who know they are alone (or almost) on the market and abuse their position.
EDIT: In the first version of this article I wrote that the cases arrived without damage, but I have to correct this point as well.
When in France, they assure you that it is not necessary to add tape because when they arrive at their warehouse they will seal the tanks with some black plastic, you say to yourself "it's pro".
Arrived in Bissau, They announce to you at the beginning of the week that the delivery will take place on Saturday and to stay close to your phone so as not to waste time.
Friday night, 10pm they try to call you with a number that is not one of the 3 you already have. Saturday morning, you call them back and they tell you that your tanks are too big, they won't be able to deliver until Sunday. And here you are with your wasted weekend.
But oh surprise! When your tanks finally arrive, firstly, they have not been reinforced, secondly, one of the tanks is open and thirdly, one is downright perforated (nothing sharp in there).
That being said, to end on a positive note, they deliver the elements all the way home and all the way between São Domingos and Bissau.

Africanoa:
The Africanoa company seems to serve Bissau from France but their official website is no longer working, their Facebook page does not have much to say, and when I needed them, the French number took 3 days to answer (in Portuguese) to tell me that the person was on vacation. I gave up.
Edit: My mother's container refused by Balimpé in February 2022 was picked up by Africanoa for shipment in March. Arrived a month late but arrived in good condition.

In summary: I exclude the TAP in these lines. The companies cited may be official and declared, but one feels somewhat amateurish as the community desperately seeks serious and transparent service providers. Not having a website in 2021 is revealing. I can sum up my feeling by "For lack of anything better, let's do with them". As soon as the brave get started, prices will drop and the quality of service should be better. Tell me if you know of other shipping providers.
