GuinéTopia: Conquest Methodology

Before immersing you in the theory, I would like to share with you my vision of the "conquest of the hearts" of the Bissau-Guinean people. Inspired by Muammar Gaddafi and Etienne Chouard (on the theme of democracy) as well that the vision of the nationalist heroes, Cabral and Sankara in mind, you will find here a reduced list of actions to be implemented during the phase of disclosure and political campaign as I conceive them.

The message we want to convey with this movement is “We are all capable”. I am not making this up, Obama and the Spaniards of Podemos did it before me. it is a question of transmitting and popularizing as many practical ideas as possible, from everyday life to the notions of macro-economics and neo-colonialism, in order to convince populations that their development depends on their value system, their involvement, their resilience, their perseverance and not their level of academic training, far from the “doctoral student” dogma.

He can say what he wants and at the same time, feel what is the price to pay for this happiness” Sankara

Spreading the Word (Year 1-2)

In parallel with the acquisition of new knowledge about the country, the creation of a youtube channel in Creole like Demos Kratos (1st years) which will explain in a short, playful and educational way all the notions of the program. This will allow “to enter all homes” at a lower cost.

In the process, we hope to be able to meet as many members of civil society as possible to ask them what they imagine of an ideal Guinea-Bissau, both in general and in their specific areas.


Meet the people, give them back their dignity, their critical and civic spirit (years 2-6)

Hoping to be helped by the notoriety of the Youtube channel, we would like to organize over 5 years a kind of citizen and itinerant video festival, where we go to meet the population. The goal is to go through ALL the villages using the means of transport available.

There are several objectives to this festival:

  1. That the team realizes the real difficulties and needs of the people throughout the territory.

  2. That we can show the examples to follow and the practices to abandon that are done elsewhere.

  3. Create support groups

  4. Make an inventory of all available resources in the manner of Cabral.

It will be a question of following the adage "teach them to fish" and give some keys for a rapid and inexpensive improvement of their life (Cultivating what is necessary to live, replacing harmful elements with natural, DIY for improving housing, crowdfunding and tontine for large projects...).

The visual and playful format will allow better assimilation than a 50-page political program. Filling the gaps in “citizenship” will also involve organizing constitution workshops where the people learn to understand the political system, the constitution and other important pieces of legislation so that they can realize how much their power is limited.

Improvement of daily life + citizen awakening = revolution against the status quo!

Make a political campaign of ideas and not gifts and transform the essay

We would be at N+7 or 8 and in any case, 1 year before the elections in which we want to participate.

Preparation of a transparent and close to the people campaign:

The money raised will be mainly for sound/light equipment, website and means of communication, transport of equipment and the team, kitchen equipment and accommodation if necessary to stay in the region.


Outside official time:
  • Resumption of contact and legal organization of regional support groups created during the festival.

  • Publication of campaign accounts and donors.

  • Use of a maximum of public services (transport, rooms, infrastructures, etc.)

  • No distribution of “Goodies”, food and even less vehicles.

  • As soon as possible confrontation with other parties.
